LegalTech CRM Developer
Location: Remote
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (increases with service)

Main Purpose of the job
Carry out work on new and existing applications for the Legal sector, including development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Take part in deployment of applications as well as supporting any product that Expedite has developed, directly liaising with the client or by assisting our in-house support team
- To take ownership of work allocated as part of a given sprint and to support the team in achieving the sprint goal
- To document their work, including design requirements and solution documentation, testing logs and time recording
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with the client. This may involve emails, telephone calls or site visits. The job holder is expected to treat all communication with clients professionally; this extends to wearing appropriate attire for site visits
- Support all products that Expedite has developed. This includes directly liaising with the client or by assisting our in-house support team.
- Assess client requirements, either based off a provided specification or by liaising with the client to elicit requirements
- Work as part of a team on large projects
- Have independence and manage time, projects and deliverables.
Skills
- Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Commercial experience in one or more of the following .Net, C#, SQL, Javascript, JQuery
- Comfortable in utilising or picking up technologies and where appropriate making suggestions based on personal knowledge or experience.
- Work to 'Agile' development methods; therefore, you must possess excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Working Knowledge of DevOps and scrum development
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
- BA and project management experience
- Methodical and analytical mind
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to others
- Commercial and business awareness
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and desire to probe further when required
