To make this an operational reality they approached Expedite Law with a brief to implement a solution that empowered their customers to provide transactional information via a secure portal that would give both them and Ramsdens complete peace of mind over its security and integrity.
Our solution was to implement PortalPlex, a market-leading portal which enables clients to fill out forms without unnecessary repetition and duplication, coupled with the ability to provide proof of ID; digitally and securely sign documents, supported by a transparent audit trail; make payments for services; share messages and documents; and review the progress of their case.
One of the key features of PortalPlex is that it can be provided in a modular way, which enabled Ramsdens to hand-pick the elements it wanted for its bespoke solution. And because the platform is in constant development Ramsdens was able to continue to automate and speed up its transactional processes.
